Ms. Manser - 4th Grade Hello everyone, my name is Emily Manser. I have been a teacher at Cleveland Public School since 2017. I am excited and eager for each and every day that I am able to spend doing what I love, teaching.I grew up in Jordan Minnesota, but now live in Belle Plaine with my husband, Marcus. During my free time I enjoy reading, traveling, and spending time with my family. I received my Elementary Education degree at the University of Wisconsin River Falls in 2015.
