Mr. Skinner - 5th Grade Welcome to 5th Grade!It is a pleasure to be a teacher at Cleveland Public School. I am excited to get to know all the students and looking forward to a fun year! Cleveland Public School is a preschool through grade 12 building. We strive to meet every child's needs, socially, emotionally and academically. Our mission statement is “Inspire, Learn, Grow, Achieve… A community where students and relationships matter.” It is our goal is to give each and every student who walks through our doors the education they deserve. I am a graduate of Minnesota State University where I earned my bachelor’s degree and I earned my Master’s Degree at Saint Mary’s University in Winona. I have been at Cleveland since 1987!
